iTech Employees Volunteer at McMiracle on 38th Street

Over this past weekend, six iTech Digital employees were honored to volunteer for McMiracle on 38th Street. An annual event, held each Christmas season on the state Fair Grounds, McMiracle seeks to recognize area children who excel.

Thanks to the immense generosity of McDonald's Resturant Owner/Operators Reginald and Tracey Jones, their family and so many others, hundreds of deserving Indianapolis children received a brand new bicycle, books, a gift bag and a meal to share with their families. Technology Development Manager and iTech volunteer organizer Matt Craig: "A cyclist myself, it was wonderful to see so many kids light up when they received their new bikes. A bike is such an important part of being a kid. What the Jones family does each year is really amazing, such a huge event."

About the McMiracle on 38th Street

McMiracle was established a decade ago by Tracey A. and Reginald O. Jones to instill within their communities, trust of their commitment to visualize, erect, strengthen, cherish, and embrace a vision of "Excellence Through Character" while honoring the heritage of many courageous women and men who persevered to capture the true essence of life and bring forth a heritage worthy of celebrating. We honor Mrs. Elizabeth J. Henry, a McDonald's Owner-Operator who was created and brought forth as a strong African American woman. She triumphed in time as a bright beacon with her extraordinary efforts, daring dedication, calm commitment, praiseful persistence, and unquestionable flawless faith.
