ITech Digital is pleased to announce the opening of our latest sales and service office in Austin, Texas. The office is located at Springwoods Office Park on the north side of Austin. Our goal is to provide an inventory hub and staging area to better serve our customers in the southwest. Our leadership team consists of Erin Norman, National Account Executive, and Daniel Barkley, Service and Install Team. "Texas and the southwest states are a significant part of our business", states Mark Nazarenus, President of ITech Digital, "and this office will enhance the overall experience for a valued customer base."

ITech Digital extends a warm welcome to O'Rob Childs, our new Vice President of Sales. After graduating from Ball State University, O'Rob got his start in Sports Marketing, working for the Indiana Pacers and the Phoenix Coyotes. Since then, he has focused his career on serving his customers through Business Development, Account Management and Customer Service in several areas of business.

In November, we introduced Service Days as part of a culture enhancement initiative at iTech Digital. Service Days provide an opportunity for team members and their family members to serve Indianapolis charities and non-profits while boosting iTech Digital’s team morale and camaraderie. Separate from PTO, these days are paid for by the company and allow employees to take a half or full day off of work to serve others and make an impact in the community. For the initial roll out of Service Days, iTech Digital team members were given the opportunity to serve Wheeler Mission and Fair Haven Foundation this holiday season.

iTech Digital, an Indianapolis-based integrator of video surveillance solutions, announces the release of its new IP video management system (VMS) called i2i BLUE. By integrating HD video with data from point of sale or other third-party applications, i2i BLUE helps customers realize their business goals to improve performance, prevent loss and theft, and increase safety.

iTech Digital, an Indianapolis-based integrator of video surveillance solutions, announced today that security systems industry veteran Mark Nazarenus has been appointed as the company’s new president. Established in 1999, iTech Digital has a firm foundation as a video surveillance expert in the restaurant industry and is quickly expanding its security solutions into the retail and commercial vertical markets.

Maybe Kermit the Frog was wrong. 2013 is shaping up to be iTech Digital’s greenest year yet. We have always followed the old standards: turning off lights when you are not in the room, using reusable cups and bottles,  setting computers to hibernate etc. But this year, by focusing on a few key areas, iTech Digital staff has found great ways to reduce environmental impact.

Following a philosophy of continued improvement, iTech Digital, an Indianapolis, IN based video surveillance provider, recently released the MSC Chassis. A Mid Size Chassis, the MSC takes over for the previously offered SFP and LRM chassis.

iTech Digital has been invited to participate on the planning committee for the National Food Service Security Council's 34th Annual Conference, which will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada between August 4th-7th, 2013.

iTech Digital recently received the Vendor Award for Outstanding Customer Service during the annual Chuck E. Cheese's tradeshow. The Award was given in appreciation for the responsiveness, quality of service, and customer care iTech Digital has provided. It was the inaugural year for Vendor Awards to be given.
