Full-Time Positions
Technology Associate
- Responsible for assembly of PC based Digital Video Recorders
- Troubleshoot HW / SW and solve problems
- QA testing and packaging finished products
- Research new/ existing products and develop new product and service offerings
- Develop technical documentation and manuals associated with the proper installation and use of new products
- Provide technical support to customers and internal team members
- Recommend, develop, and test new technology offerings

Service Technician
- Responsible for the installation of commercial CCTV equipment, including digital video recorders (DVR), cameras, display monitors, access, and alarms for security and surveillance
- Setup local area networks
- Configuring DVR software
- Safe driving and transport of equipment to/ from job site; tracking and maintaining tools and inventory
- Customer training and installations within the U.S.

IT Manager
- Responsible for designing and maintaining company servers
- Repair and recommend new HW and SW technology
- Maintain IT room, phone system, website, MS Exchange, email , PCs, FTP, Sharepoint, and SW/HW technology
- Provide technical support internally
- Test new products (DVR software, cameras, and CCTV related equipment)
- Develop manuals, technical materials and procedures for new products and improved installation
- Develop video/ audio enhancement offerings

Technical Support Associate
- Responsible for providing remote service, help desk and telephone technical support to customers
- Maintain customer relationships by responding to inquiries, solving problems and documenting actions
- Contribute as a member of our technology development team
- Troubleshoot SW / HW and solve problems
- Continually identify/ improve products and processes to meet customer needs
- Assist in new product development, testing and documentation
