 The Potbelly Sandwich Shop, an international chain restaurant, known for delicious, nutritious submarine sandwiches and soups, started from humble beginnings. In 1977, Potbelly started in a small antique store on Lincoln Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. The Race to Zero: You Get What You Pay For


We continue to see quick service restaurants and small box retail stores experiment with the inexpensive lines of cameras and video surveillance equipment that are flooding the market. What looks good on day one of installation, falters or fails six months later. Most of these systems come with a one- or two-year warranty, but the owner has to uninstall the camera on the server and ship it elsewhere for repair or replacement.
