Anita Hendricks, former Director of Customer Experience at Defenders and former Director of Customer Operations at Bright House Networks, is proudly joining our team of passionate leaders. Before coming to ITech Digital Security Solutions, Anita led the customer experience center for both Defenders and Bright House Networks, providing operational guidance and knowledge to not only a large number of customers, but to the many employees she managed as well.

Anita shows excitement and great leadership qualities for her new role as Director of Field Services.
